Touch O Gold is (used to be?) available on eQuilter... it is a woven, and you may need to steam it (hold iron 1 inch above and nuke with steam) to preshrink. Iron it to the back of the silk, and presto...no more slithering and slipping. An ultra light non-woven interfacing or one of the tricot fusibles for use with knit fabrics would also work. HTH!
